Vaastu for Farmhouse

Location: If the Client consults me before Buying a property, I always guide him to buy the Farmhouses in good Locations with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. It should not be built near cemeteries, temples or T-Junctions.

Orientation: Generally I prefer to keep The Main Entrance of the Farmhouse in the East or North East direction to allow maximum sunlight and air & if its for the Commercial use, East Facing Plots brings Lot of Public Footfall.

Shape and Size: I always Prefer a square or a rectangular Shape for a Farmhouse wherein I always keep Its South Heavier & Taller than the North or Northeastern Parts.

Water Bodies: I plan it accordingly so that my Client gets one Water body, such as a Pond/ a Well or a Swimming Pool or even Fountain in the Northeast direction of the Farmhouse.

Stables: These days People are very Fond of keeping Farm Animals. I advise my Clients to make stables for animals preferably in the Northwest directions.

Along with these we also need to consider about the Placements of many other Important areas like Kitchen, Toilets, Bedrooms, Driveways, Water & Heat Generating Sources, Trees, Floor Leveling, Ceiling Height etc. As fr as the Colour Scheme is concerned, playing with the Zone Specific Colors also plays a major Role.
